4:40. Madison County Auditor Brandt. Issues with balancing, due to past treasurer She recommends forensic audit.
10:30. Elections Deputy Michaela Garside – candidate filings for primary deadlines announced and also need for poll workers
13:15. Annex door discussion – delay due to aluminum.
13:45. Chip See explains. The delay is due to is aluminum tariffs.
14:27. Back to budget discussion. Treasurer Kylee Barber does not believe the county needs a forensic audit right now. She is working through the issues firsthand and will let the board know if she thinks one is needed later.
19:15. Secondary roads – Mike Hackett. Howell Bridge preservation project discussion. Also informed us that it cost $30,000 per day for county snow removal.
22:14. Ambulance report – Brady Foreman – FEMA GO was handled
26:31. Safety committee chair – Mitch Johnson discusses safety, culture, and hazard mitigation. Many people working together on this.

1:42:15. County attorney Steve Swanson agenda item – supervisor Stancil suggest that concerns be sent to the state Attorney General’s office. Supervisor Hobbs makes a motion and Supervisor Fitch seconds it. Supervisors Stancil and Hobbs vote in favor, with Supervisor Fitch against.
